Pupils can apply to bring a horse to School with no cost for livery, or if you don’t own a horse we will provide one with free livery. The £1m Royal Court Equestrian Centre is considered by many to be the finest in Europe. We prepare pupils to act with confidence and consideration, giving first class tuition for success.

  • Boarding Award A: You don’t own a horse - Worth £10,000 per year
    Free use of horse, free insurance, free use of tack, free blue livery, free riding lessons, free BHSAI tuition if in 6th form
  • Boarding Award B: You do own a horse - Worth £12,000 per year
    Free red livery, free BHSAI tuition if in 6th Form, free Tack Grant, free Horse Transport Grant, Free Riding Lessons
  • Boarding Option C: For 7-19 year olds - Worth up to £400 per year
    Free equestrian tuition by qualified instructors. If do not wish to bring, or don’t own, a horse.
  • Karen Dixon Riding Scholarship - for 6th Form only - Worth £27,000
    Free Karen Dixon Riding lessons in your first year, free red livery, free BHSAI tuition, free Insurance / Tack / Show Award Grant, Free Engraved Silver Cup presented at Speech Day.
