The Award covers the full boarding and tuition fee each term for two years

 Sixth Form ~ Up to 100% Day Fees or equivalent value for Boarders
Awards are available for new, UK resident, Day & Boarding students entering the QE Sixth Fom. All Awards should be considered "up to" and a lesser % may be offered if demand is high. Where an Award for example states 100%, this means someone who is a day pupil receives 100% remission of the standard teaching day fees. A boarder receives a remission equal to the value of the day teaching fee off the boarding fees. Eg. A current termly day fee is £2,745 and the termly boarding fee is £7,795. A 100% Award means a day pupil receives a remission worth £2,745 per term, thus no standard teaching fees to pay. A boarder would receive a termly remission worth £2,745 for the teaching element, thus there is only  £5,050 termly fees for the boarding element to pay.

Foundation Scholars

The above are our most prestigious and sought after Awards and recipients are dubbed "Foundation Scholars". Students in receipt of these Awards are held in very high regard by the College. Trustees receive regular reports on students, expecting recipients to be studious and to act as role models. An Award would be reviewed where results of modules and or application / behaviour are found to be below that which would normally be expected.
