awards are applicable to new girl/boy boarders joining QE at
the start of Year 10 (commencement of GCSE's). The Award lasts
for two years and may be continued
through the two years of QE
6th Form (Years 12 & 13) if the pupil achieves a minimum
of 6 Grade A + 2 Grade B GCSE's or better. To qualify a pupil
must have achieved a total of 270% across all 3 subjects of the
Key Stage 3 tests taken when they were in Year 9 and previously
a total of 265% across all
3 subjects in Key Stage 2
tests at previous school. |
