LIVERY NOTES The following costs are NOT INCLUDED in any of the livery schedules

Charges relating to Appendix C (see Useful Forms for Emailing - on the bottom menu) or other chargeable options chosen or incurred.
Horse in Track
2. Worming or Shoeing - Bills will be sent from the Farrier direct to parents.
3. Flu and tetanus injections -all horses must arrive each term with current and valid flu and tetanus injection certificates.
4. All veterinary fees & bills will be sent from the Vet direct to parents.
5. Costs incurred through pupil and/or horse transportation to shows, competitions, vets, to and from school etc. (See Transport costs).
6. Insurance costs - all horses and tack must be comprehensively insured with an 'approved' insurer (any rider, including use at riding school). No liability is accepted for any loss.
7. Any muck-outs by members of staff, exercise, grooming, schooling, lungeing, tack cleaning, additional vitamins or 'special' supplements unless specified and included under Livery colour type.
8. The cost of all examination entry/certification fees (this applies to all pupils undertaking riding at QE regardless of awarded Riding Option A, B or C).
9. The cost of livery (other than during term time) e.g at Weekends Away, Half Terms, Christmas, Easter or Summer Holidays, regardless of awarded Riding Option. The cost of this per day is Livery with turnout £25 per day, or Livery with turnout and exercise £31 per day. Pupils who 'Adopt-a-Horse' are not charged for Half Terms or Holidays.

For weekly boarders not at school Saturday / Sunday care for the weekend by our Equestrian Staff costs: Livery with turnout £25 per day, or Livery with turnout and exercise £31 per day. (Obviously, if a pupil can find another pupil to properly feed, muck out and care for their horse/pony during a weekend, then there is no charge.) The Equestrian Centre management must be told in advance who is looking after the horse/pony in the absence of the usual pupil. A pupil who already has their own horse/pony to look after may only, in the circumstances, look after 1 additional horse/pony. (There is no Saturday / Sunday supplement for those on RED and YELLOW livery during term time as this is included in the price).
