The Ethelburgian Association ~ Membership Details


"Full Membership"is open to all past pupils who have attended Queen Ethelburga's since its foundation in 1917. A yearly newsletter and reunion days are just a feature of the many activities the Society is involved in. The Association also assists past pupils in keeping in contact with their friends. Children of full members of the Association are eligible for a special remission off School Fees. The Society each year also plans more specialised events such as

  • Trips abroad
  • Equestrian Master Classes and weekends
  • Bridge and Golf Tournaments
  • Visits to Breweries
  • Visits to London, Great Yorkshire Show
  • Specific past year group old pupil reunions

"Associate Membership" of The Ethelburgian Association is open to a wide range of individuals and corporate bodies including:

  • Parents of current and past pupils of both our Junior and Senior Schools
  • Children of past pupils
  • Existing pupils of both our Junior and Senior Schools
  • "Friends" of Queen Ethelburga's and Chapter House
  • Past and present staff of both our Schools
  • People who are interested in supporting our Schools and Campus
  • Companies and Corporations who wish to be associated with Queen Ethelburga's.
